UInvest 替我們檢驗每一個投資項目

There are several steps each project goes through:

每一個項目都必須通過檢驗，而這些投資項目會經過這些步驟:

1st - we receive initial information about a project. This is when you tell us - Business 'A' wants to raise '1M'. We get this information, review it and if all OK we send you email - your project is acceptted.

第一 - 當我們收到初期的投資項目資料後，我們會讓你告知我們，你的業務 "公司A" 需要的是多少錢。 Uinvest會來審查，如果投資項目是可行的，你將會收到我們的電子郵件，並通知你你的項目是可許的。
2nd step - we further review the business (we analyze financials, read busiiness plan, read summary etc). 2nd step complete - we send questions to you and business owners. The questions help us to draw an offer for th business owner to get listed here.

第二 - 我們會進一步為你的公司進行對未來的發展，審查您的業務 (我們進行財務分析，覽讀你 公司的業務計畫，覽讀你的公司摘要。等等) 當第二個步驟完成後，我們會寄問題給您與公司的企業主。回答這些問題是針對幫助我們得出一個對您企業的市場報價。

3rd step - commercial offer. This is when we officially offer to raise funds via UInvest. i.e. we send the agreement and calculations showing how fund raising process will be and how much money will be raisen, dates etc.

第三 - 商業報價。這是當我們正式讓你的企業通過Uinvest。 我們會寄給你公司協議書與統計，讓你知道集資的過程，進度，還有錢將會多少錢漲幅，日子。等等

These 3 steps are all very important. This is why it may take time to get a response from us. But if we don't follow these steps we might face problems we had in the past. We create a mechanism now, which will be working and making money for years to come.

這三個步驟是非常重要的。這就是為什麼我們需要一段時間，來回答你的回應。但是如果我們不去遵循這些步驟的話，我們可能會面臨重大問題的來臨。我們創造的這個機制，將會幫助我們運行穩健，並且在未來幫我們賺錢。
